How pricing works

Choose the amount you pay. Quick shows expected output and minimum received. OPmode shows exact input, output and fee for a firm quote from opexcode's own pool, valid for up to 10 seconds.

Start with a reference

OPmode starts from Pyth's underlying US stock or ETF price and applies the token's current issuer multiplier once. It assumes 1 USDC equals 1 USD; a separate price monitor stops new quotes if USDC moves outside a 1% range or its observation becomes unavailable.

New quotes require a source observation no more than five seconds old. Active markets target reference updates every two seconds, and each published reference expires within 20 seconds of its source observation. Pyth equity signatures are verified on-chain through Robinhood Chain's signature instruction and the official Pyth verifier. OpexCode then checks the signed price fields and applies the current token multiplier on-chain.

OPmode quotes only during an open US session (regular, pre-market, post-market or overnight) confirmed by both Pyth's market-hours calendar and the signed price report. It gives no new quotes on weekends, exchange holidays or when the session cannot be verified. Quick is not affected.

The chart and Quick market data use a separate token/share reference feed. They are not executable offers. Review the price and amounts in your order; OPmode pauses new quoting when its underlying reference or another required check is unavailable.

The Instrument tab identifies the reference source, its observation time, the token mint and its current display multiplier.

Two quote modes

Quick routes your exact input through external liquidity on all 41 markets, with an expected output, minimum received, a 0.50% slippage tolerance and fees. Available liquidity and trading costs can make the executable price differ from the chart.

OPmode runs on NVDAx, SPYx, QQQx, GLDx, TSLAx, AAPLx, MSFTx, METAx, COINx and CRCLx. Its half-spread is a 5 bps base plus 4 bps per 1,000 USDC of order size and twice the feed's relative confidence interval; the additional session premium is zero. Inventory shifts the center of both prices by up to 15 bps, lowering both when the pool has excess stock and raising both when stock is scarce.

OpexCode's quote signer still selects the firm amounts within the program's price and inventory limits. A verified underlying price does not guarantee a token-price peg or replenish the pool's reserves.

NVDAx takes up to 100 USDC per order and 500 USDC per fixed 60-second window; the other nine take 20 and 100. These are per-pool windows, not rolling lookbacks. Inventory reservations and a 25–75% stock-value range can further limit orders that worsen an imbalance. The other 31 markets are Quick only.

Read the token units

Your ticket and receipt use raw token amounts: up to eight decimals for an xStock and six for USDC. A raw token can represent a changing number of scaled display units.

The chart displays USD per scaled unit; order amounts use raw tokens with a secondary scaled equivalent. The multiplier is applied once and retained with the order. A multiplier change does not change how many raw atoms your wallet holds.

Review before signing

Quick output may change within the quoted slippage tolerance. Minimum received is the transaction's output floor, not the expected output.

An available OPmode quote fixes input, output and fee until its displayed expiry, up to 10 seconds, with at least five seconds remaining when issued. Current market limits, the on-chain reference band and transfer conditions still apply. Expired quotes require a new review. Both modes require your wallet signature; after signing, check the saved transaction status before submitting a replacement.
